Banks scream poor yet when the end of financial stuff comes out they still have millions in profit.

We wondered if they got my insurance number muddled up with someone who has perhaps died, and put a stop on it. and it wasn't until I rang "several times" they chased up their mistake. As for me being patient Portia, the only reason this was because I am one of the lucky pensioners that don't have to rely on the pension being paid in dead on time. Having said that. I didn't let them know that I didn't need the money urgently. As far as they were concerned I was in desperate need for the cash.

It's the whole attitude of them assuming one has the time to wait for them to get it right as ones banks account is getting lower.

There are some old people out there that have no extra money and no one to borrow from. Many others that had gone without a pension being paid for 3 weeks would now be bloody starving. They assured me that I am now back in the system. What I wanted to know was how I was removed from the system. Obviously no one there was going to admit to knowing why though.
